The Indigenous Consulting Academy established by yamagigu, offers a transformative opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals to thrive in the consulting industry.
Our program is designed to bridge the gap in consulting representation through innovative training and support.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
yamagigu is the largest First Nations consulting business in Australia.
It combines market leading First Nations expertise with Deloitte’s global qualified services to support the self-determination of First Nations communities.

- You are of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
- High school leavers, those without a University Degree or those individuals looking to re-enter the workforce.
- A willingness to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone.
- Open to working within teams on projects across the country.
- Our programs are only open to Australian and New Zealand citizens and Permanent Residents.
For roles in our Canberra office, Australian citizenship is required.
