Work Scheduler Role Overview
We invite skilled professionals to join our workforce as a Work Scheduler, playing a pivotal role in planning and coordinating essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
Our team manages critical infrastructure, including hospitals, data centres, and defence partnerships, which underpin thriving communities.
This position offers a broad scope of responsibilities, encompassing:
* Coordinate and publish daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base.
* Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times.
* Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption.
* Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS).
* Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness.
* Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures.
Applicants will bring experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management or logistics environments. A Certificate III in Business or Logistics is mandatory.
