As an Engagement Professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that foster strong relationships between our branch and the local community. This includes coordinating community initiatives, attending events, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will also be responsible for creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms to build awareness and connection with the local community.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and managing social media, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised. Project or event management experience is highly regarded.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours to suit your preference. The position is located at Dromana and requires participation in local community initiatives, which may include weekend work or out-of-hours commitments.
