Job Description:
As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the Regional Logistics Distribution Centre operations. Your responsibilities will encompass general administrative functions including procurement, supply and capital management, contracts administration, linen services provision, customer service support, and governance compliance administration assistance to management.
You will need well-developed skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to learn and operate purchasing software programs (Oracle Supply) and Accounts Payable software, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and capacity to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Additional desirable skills include understanding of inbound supply chain management, contract administration, and procurement processes within a public health setting.
