We are seeking a passionate and customer service-focused Administration 2IC to join our team at Harvey Norman Castle Hill.
About the Role:
As a 2IC, you will be responsible for supporting the administration manager in various tasks, including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, and monthly reporting. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist administration manager in tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, and monthly reporting.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
* Work under pressure, assist coaching, lead, and motivate an enthusiastic team.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
* Highly organised and possess great time management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, assist coaching, lead, and motivate an enthusiastic team.
* Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word.
