The Opportunity

We're seeking an Application Support Analyst who enjoys problem‐solving, working with business systems, and supporting users in a fast‐paced environment. Reporting to the Application Team Lead, you'll provide day‐to‐day support across core business applications, working closely with users, internal IT teams, and external vendors. This role is well‐suited to someone early in their application support career, or an IT professional looking to deepen their exposure to ERP and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day‐to‐day application support, ensuring system availability and stability
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests
* Perform basic SQL queries and data checks to assist with issue investigation
* Work with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve system issues
* Support testing, deployment, and release activities for application changes
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and workflows
* Maintain accurate support documentation and troubleshooting guides
* Assist with access reviews, audits, and compliance activities

About You

You're curious, methodical, and enjoy learning how systems work. You take ownership of issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.

You'll Bring

* Exposure to ERP systems, or a strong willingness to learn complex applications
* A customer‐focused approach with strong communication skills
* Logical problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Confidence supporting users across different business functions
* A general understanding of IT environments, applications, and data flows
* Ability to produce clear support documentation and user guides
* Experience with SQL and EDI is highly regarded but not essential.
