We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of global campaign strategies for key brand categories. This role involves nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability within a high-performing matrix style team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute global campaigns with local adaptability
* Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans
* Work with customer insights/data/research to guide campaign development
* Lead the end-to-end development of global go to market campaigns
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in brand/category marketing across omnichannel environments
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing global campaigns with local adaptability
* Strong understanding of customer insights, data-led marketing, and creative strategy
* Proven ability to lead go-to-market processes and manage cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix environment
* Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance
