Business Resilience Specialist
The role of Business Resilience Specialist exists to strengthen the ability to maintain critical business services by designing and embedding business resilience strategies, frameworks, and capabilities across the CHESS and Austraclear platforms.
This specialist ensures the organisation can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions, supporting regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improve S&P resilience posture by contributing to the resilience strategy (roadmap, governance and operating model) and execution.
* Map Critical Business Services: identify and document critical business services, assess criticality, tolerance levels, identify internal process, system, data and external dependencies, supporting Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and risk management.
* Recovery Capabilities: define and assess potential failure scenarios using structured methodologies contributing to the design and testing of recovery and continuity plans.
* Market Testing: design and coordinate external market testing exercises across the ecosystem, including customers, third-party providers, and internal systems.
* Resilience Architecture: design and implement the S&P and Business Unit resilience architecture, including objectives, key results, metrics, ownership, and dashboards to support governance and reporting
