The Role
The PR & Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering and managing corporate and brand PR activities that align with Big Red Group's overarching business strategy. This includes executing PR plans, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across our corporate channels.
Core Activities
Execute PR and communications initiatives that support the business strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage to amplify brand and corporate messaging.
Manage and update BRG's corporate website content.
Oversee BRG's corporate social media presence (LinkedIn), including content planning and posting.
Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting and insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and brand tone.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years experience in PR, communications, or media relations (agency or in-house).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
Strong network of media contacts across corporate and consumer sectors.
Experience managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
Familiarity with tourism, technology, or experience-based industries is a plus.
