**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to join our team and provide high quality evidence based psychological therapies, clinical interventions and support to individuals and their families. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AOD and mental health, with experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate and facilitate client outcomes with a diverse group of people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual evidence based psychological therapies and clinical interventions to consumers
* Work with consumers, treatment teams, family, friends and carers to improve mental health and AOD outcomes
* Engage consumers using a strengths-based approach to complete assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
* Facilitate group interventions focused on a range of treatment modalities including psychoeducation, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention and other therapeutic interventions
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* 5+ years' experience in AOD and mental health
* Formal tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy
* Completed a Certificate IV in AOD or 4 AOD core competencies
