About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental fleet while driving performance, efficiency, and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a rental fleet of 100+ heavy transport units.
* Achieve monthly sales, utilisation, and maintenance targets.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives and ongoing business development.
* Lead and supervise a team of 7 workshop staff.
* Manage parts ordering and maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with Main Roads requirements, including audits and documentation.
* Perform general administrative duties associated with the role.
Skills & Experience
* Proven management and leadership experience.
* Strong background in heavy transport and/or trailer industry.
* Mechanical knowledge or hands‐on experience.
* Demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills.
* Solid organisational and administrative abilities (preferred).
