Responsibilities
* Lead design and delivery of multi-residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
* Coordinate consultant teams and manage documentation across all project stages
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
* Ensure design intent is upheld through detailed documentation and construction
* Work closely with directors, clients, and collaborators to maintain quality and timelines
Skills & Experience
* 8 - 10 years' experience with strong multi-residential project exposure
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, or willing to upskill
* Registered Architect or on the pathway to registration
* Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with consultants and clients
