Inhabit Construction is a builder of mid to high end architecturally designed houses and additions in Northern Tasmania. We also have substantial experience in the restoration of heritage houses. We provide high quality work in a friendly and collaborative manner with our clients.
Qualifications & experience
Previous administrative experience will be desirable/advantageous
Reliable & honest with an attention to detail
Be able to work autonomously as well as in a small team environment
Great interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Initiative and problem solving ability
Proficiency in MYOB Business (or experience in similar), Microsoft Excel & Word
Proficiency in BuildXact (Job Costing) and Master Builders Contracts is desirable, but not essential
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required
Tasks & responsibilities
Monitoring emails and responding to relevant client and supplier enquiries
Managing supplier accounts, credit applications, invoices and statements
Invoicing clients
Administering payroll for ***** employees, payroll processing, onboarding employees
Processsing super payments, LSL & payroll tax returns
Processing supplier invoice payments for approval
Update cashflow report daily
Wide and varied range of office & administrative tasks to assist company directors & employees
Preparation of site health & safety folders, first aid kits and uniform orders
Around 24 hours per week (could be Mon-Wed or 8 to 9 day Mon-Thurs/Fri fortnight)
