Lead the annual remuneration and end-of-year compensation review process, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks, performance outcomes, and the firm's investment and commercial objectives.
* Organisational Design & Change:
Support organisational design, role clarity, workforce planning and structured change management.
* Culture & Engagement:
Strengthen a high-performance, values-led culture grounded in trust, accountability, and professionalism. Foster an environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and clearly connected to the firm's investment philosophy and long-term objectives.
* Talent Strategy & Acquisition:
Design and deliver a targeted talent strategy to attract, assess, and retain high-calibre investment and non-investment professionals aligned with the firm's culture and long-term investment horizon.
* Performance, Learning & Development:
Implement performance management, development, and targeted training initiatives that build capability, support succession planning, and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement and intellectual rigour.
