With continued investment in growth, capability and channel performance, the business is now appointing a National Sales Manager to lead its Australian sales function. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for managing a small, high‑performing team while maintaining direct ownership of key national retail partnerships.
Reporting to the Head of Consumer, this role will lead the execution of national sales strategy across major retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, disciplined forecasting, and effective in‑market execution. The position blends leadership with direct account responsibility and requires a commercially astute operator who understands the dynamics of the Consumer Electronics landscape.
Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a small national sales team to drive performance and accountability
* Owning and executing national account strategy across major CE retail partners
* Managing trade investment, pricing strategy and promotional planning
* Delivering accurate forecasting and disciplined demand planning
* Building and strengthening strategic relationships with key retail stakeholders
* Partnering cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure aligned execution
We’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader with proven experience within Consumer Electronics. You will bring strong exposure to major national retail accounts and an understanding of the Big Box operating rhythm. With previous team leadership experience, you’ll be confident balancing people management with hands‑on account ownership.
Commercially sharp and analytically strong, you will understand margin management, trade optimisation and performance reporting. You’ll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, internally and externally, and able to operate with both strategic clarity and day‑to‑day executional focus.
Above all, you’ll be accountable, pragmatic and performance‑oriented, with the ability to elevate standards while maintaining strong relationships across the channel.
