Macadamia Farm Management (MFM) | Full Time | Regional QLD
Macadamia Farm Management (MFM) is seeking a skilled and hands‑on Auto Electrician to join our team. If you enjoy practical work, problem-solving, and want to apply your trade in a modern agricultural environment, this role offers variety, stability, and room to grow.
Whether you've worked on trucks, machinery, farm equipment, or industrial systems, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join MFM?
* Work with modern machinery and technology in a fast‑growing agribusiness
* A role with variety, from machinery repairs to tech and automation projects
* Competitive remuneration for the right candidate
* Enjoy the lifestyle benefits of regional Queensland
* Be part of a supportive team that values innovation and continuous improvement
* Opportunity to broaden your skills across electrical, diagnostics, automation, and IT systems
About the Role
As our Auto Electrician, you'll play a key role in keeping our farming equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands‑on position where you'll work across a wide range of vehicles, machinery, and electrical systems used throughout our macadamia farming and processing operations.

You'll also support ongoing improvements in technology and electrical reliability across the business.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety—no two days look the same. You might be working on a machinery wiring issue one day, assisting with a control system or sensor the next, and improving electrical setup across a shed or workshop another day. You'll work closely with our farm managers, mechanics, and operations teams to ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and performing at its best.
