Intermediate or Senior Accountant – Kelly+Partners Pittwater
The Opportunity
As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. You'll work closely with Partners, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and be supported with clear pathways into leadership.
Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
* Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
* Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
* Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
* Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
* Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
* Help provide exceptional service to our clients
About you
* 2‐3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
* Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks – or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
