Job Title
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to lead our Sales and Commercial Team in converting business opportunities through pricing requests, tenders, and contracts.
* This role requires the ability to analyze tender requirements, formulate winning strategies, project manage tender processes, deliver post-tender presentations, and negotiate final terms.
* The successful candidate will shape commercial letters and proposals that meet client expectations and critical components.
* Pricing strategy and margin optimization will be key areas of focus.
* This role also involves developing and implementing a commercial contracts management system.
* Additionally, you will proactively manage contract renewals and align stakeholders across the business to support this process.
* Strategic input into commercial solutions for new revenue streams will also be required.
* You will create market analysis frameworks to inform recommendations on go-to-market strategy, develop competitor analysis and market trends sensing snapshots, conduct deep dives into market segments, and systematize market monitoring.
* Budget management and revenue forecasting are also essential skills for this role.
* As a leader, you will coach, motivate, and develop members of the Commercial Team.
