About the Role
As Project Manager, GreenTech Hub, you will play a pivotal role in delivering key GreenTech Hub activities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and delivery of assigned innovation challenges, while also coordinating and delivering components of the Hub's capacity-building program, ensuring these activities are delivered to a high standard, on time and with measurable impact.
Working closely with internal teams and a diverse network of external partners, you will help translate ambitious ideas into well-governed, high-impact programs that support innovators, build capability and deliver tangible outcomes for industry and the community.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing the planning, coordination and delivery of assigned GreenTech Hub innovation challenges, from concept development through to delivery, evaluation and close-out, within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
* Working with the GreenTech Hub team to translate challenge concepts into well-governed, deliverable projects.
* Coordinating and delivering elements of the Hub's capacity-building program, including workshops, training sessions, mentoring activities and partner-led initiatives.
* Working as a proactive member of the GreenTech Hub Team to supporting alignment between assigned innovation challenges, capacity-building activities and the broader GreenTech Hub strategy.
Project Management and Governance
* Working with the Hub Director and team to design and implement high impact initiatives in line with the Hub's Strategy and mission.
* Managing all aspects of assigned projects using appropriate project management methodologies, systems and governance frameworks.
* Developing and maintaining work plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, evaluation approaches and communication plans.
* Monitoring project milestones and performance, reporting on progress, risks and outcomes against agreed key performance indicators.
* Conducting post-implementation reviews and capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement across Hub activities.
Stakeholder and Partner Engagement
* Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including industry, government, startups, researchers, collaborators and service providers.
* Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, briefings and co-design sessions to define objectives, deliverables and success measures.
* Acting as a key point of coordination between partners to ensure shared understanding and effective delivery.
Resources, Risk and Reporting
* Identifying, allocating and managing internal and external resources to support successful delivery of Hub activities.
* Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, issues and dependencies, with timely escalation where required.
* Preparing high-quality reports, briefings and documentation for governance bodies, funders and senior stakeholders.
* Managing procurement and oversight of third-party services in accordance with Curtin policies and procedures.
* Undertaking other duties as reasonably required, consistent with the accountabilities of the role.
Role Requirements
* Current work rights in Australia that cover the full term of this fixed-term appointment.
* Successful completion of a National Police Clearance and background, integrity and reference checks to Curtin's satisfaction.
