Duties: Monitoring the maintenance calls that are logged for Retirement Living sites and Residential Aged Care facilities Liaising with Maintenance Officer to allocate the tasks Ensuring all tasks are logged into Company system/ database Following up with tasks that are incomplete or outstanding Order items, obtaining quotes for equipment or items as required Communicating with residents regarding their maintenance concerns Data entry and general administration Key Skills Excellent customer services skills Ability to plan and time management Strong communication skills - liaising with staff, residents, and family members Good attention to detail Computer literacy; Centrim, MS Word, MS Excel About you Strong organisational and communication skills Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel Previous admin or office support experience would be a bonus Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills presentation Reliable and punctual Great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can confidently step in and hit the ground running.
