Personal Care Assistant Role
Our community aged care facility is seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also maintain accurate records and documentation, communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff, and work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)/Cert III Health Services Assistant
* Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
* Genuine empathy that shines through your care
* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Passion for continuous learning and improvement
