Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management function, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues to client agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking case management activities such as return to work and injury management, conduct, complaints, inability and performance management;
* Recommending appropriate courses of action for resolution and early intervention strategies which are consistent with relevant legislation;
* Preparing submissions and reports for delegates;
* Establishing and nurturing partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders;
To be successful in this role, you will require demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR case management, including high-level communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels to positively influence human resource practices.
