About The Job
Looking to kickstart or grow your career in construction estimating? This is your opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and innovative team.
Reporting to the Construction Estimating Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial and operational success of our projects. Your main focus will be evaluating jobs and providing accurate cost estimates and bills of materials—essential to keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately schedule material and labour quantities using our industry-leading software
* Process project variations and clearly communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate on system improvements to drive efficiency and innovation
* Maintain thorough, up-to-date file notes and documentation
* Assist with invoice authorisation for subcontractors and suppliers
* Support team development through training and knowledge sharing
* Access to ongoing professional development through our in-house training
About You
You're organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience as a Scheduler or Estimator is a plus, it's not essential—we're looking for the right mindset and a willingness to learn.
