About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full Time Chef to join our team at Wests New Lambton. With multiple dining outlets, including our Bistro and New Beijing, this role offers the opportunity to support a variety of food experiences across the venue. This is a full-time position and will require availability across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including split shifts.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
* Completing preparation requirements in line with daily service needs
* Delivering consistent, high-quality food during service
* Supporting other kitchen sections as required
* Maintaining clean and organised work areas
* Assisting with the set-up and close down of service
* Storing food in line with hygiene standards
* Managing waste appropriately
Requirements
* Strong cooking skills and relevant trade qualifications
* Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
* Flexibility to support a range of catering operations across the site
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
