Senior Sales Executive
A successful Senior Sales Executive is required to lead the sales direction for our John Deere Agriculture products across Australia locations.
The ideal candidate will achieve sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned territory, assist in achieving asset management goals, and protect company assets.
Responsibilities include providing assistance and guidance for forecasting the right inventory mix to achieve sales and market share goals, developing and motivating a successful workforce focused on long-term success, maximising market-based pricing and increasing margins, and facilitating corporate sales strategy and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong customer relationship building skills, industry knowledge, and experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales direction for John Deere Agriculture products across Australia locations.
* Achieve sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned territory.
* Assist in achieving asset management goals and protect company assets.
* Provide assistance and guidance for forecasting inventory mix to achieve sales and market share goals.
* Develop and motivate a successful workforce focused on long-term success.
* Maximise market-based pricing and increase margins.
* Facilitate corporate sales strategy and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Deliver customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Attend industry events and promote Brandt's divisions.
* Perform duties carried out by senior management in connection with Brandt.
* Be present at all physical operating locations within the prescribed area of responsibility.
* Communicate regularly with the VP of Sales – AU.
