What you'll be doing

* Responding to enquiries and referrals quickly and professionally.
* Chatting with clients to understand their assistive tech needs.
* Managing online sales platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) and client/inventory systems to keep things running smoothly.
* Coordinating timely delivery of products and services.
* Supporting our clinicians by scheduling appointments, organising equipment hires and other admin support.
* Promoting Superyou Tech through marketing, campaigns, social media and outreach.
* Following our client workflows and suggesting improvements where needed.
* Assisting the Operations Manager on day-to-day functions and special projects.

What you'll bring

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable working with (or willing to learn) eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
* Tech-savvy and adaptable across various digital tools.
* A proactive, customer service mindset, you genuinely love helping people.
* Ability to work independently from home (with minimum 2.5 days per week in the office).

Bonus points if you also have

* Experience in disability or NDIS-related client engagement.
* Knowledge of allied health services and/or assistive technology.
* Previous exposure to online sales platforms.
* An understanding of the needs of people with disabilities from diverse backgrounds.
