We are seeking a passionate, highly organised and values-driven Executive Assistant to join our People and Culture team, supporting the Executive Director of People and Culture. About the Role This is more than diary management and coordination (although you’ll do that exceptionally well). This role sits at the heart of our organisation’s people strategy. You will work closely with the Executive Director of People and Culture to ensure the smooth operation of strategic initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and workforce sustainability across our network. You will be a trusted member of the team, someone who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with calm professionalism, and contributes positively to a high-performing leadership environment.
