**Ecommerce Manager**
**About the Client**
Our client is a visionary retailer, an iconic Australian owned women's fashion label dedicated to timeless contemporary designs for the professional women. Their pieces are focussed on beautifully crafted luxe essential pieces, with enduring designs and soft femininity.
**Your New Role**
As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be looking after the brand's online sales and performance, planning, developing and directing all aspects of the online shopping experience. Having control of the online channel's design and content, you will be optimising the customer experience online, supporting business growth in the Ecommerce space.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee, manage, report on and drive website performance
- Site optimisation to achieve critical online metrics including bounce rates, conversion, time on site, member sign ups
- Developing the global online strategic direction for the brand, in collaboration with the head of ecommerce
- Ensure the website look feel and performance reflects the brand positioning and is consistent with brand aesthetic & direction
**About you**
- 3+ years' experience within an Ecommerce role
- Shared love and passion for the fashion industry
- A team player who can drive a positive and collaborative environment
- Creative and innovative, thinking outside the box to deal with opportunities and issues
