We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on medium to large-scale projects in Gippsland. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven supervisory experience in project environments.
What You'll Do
Actively supervise crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
Coordinate daily site activities, resources, and schedules.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
What You'll Bring
Trade qualification - Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Cert III in Fabrication.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in project environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry codes.
