We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving operational excellence across our sales division.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and analytical skills, proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and digital tools, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a proactive mindset with a knack for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage deal worksheets and sales proposals
* Maintain and update CRM pipelines and sales activity reports
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on stock, orders, and programs
* Support the sales team with guided follow-ups and client engagement prompts
* Manage sales listings across websites, social media, and advertising platforms
* Assist with event planning, demo tracking, and client feedback surveys
* Provide insights through market share data, inventory reviews, and sales summaries
