**Job Title:** Crane & Rigging Coordinator
This role is ideal for a motivated and organized professional with a strong background in crane and rigging operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities of central maintenance groups specializing in crane and rigging activities onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning and preparation prior to execution.
* Allocate daily work priorities across disciplines, ensuring safety.
* Report on activity completion against targets.
* Allocate manpower for tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Conduct audit and compliance activities for onsite crane operations.
* Communicate operational information with leadership and preparation teams.
* Develop and manage documentation for maintenance plans.
* Evaluate equipment spares and negotiate close liaison with maintenance planners and schedulers.
* Identify competence requirements for work tasks.
* Measure team performance, enforce discipline, and motivate employees.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of crane and rigging operations, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. A strong technical knowledge base, coupled with experience working with maintenance and plant shutdowns, is also essential.
Requirements:
* Qualifications/licenses in Rigging, Scaffolding, and Crane Operating.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in crane and rigging operations.
* A Western Australian C-Class manual driver's license.
* Relevant experience working with maintenance and plant shutdowns of fixed plant machinery.
* Proven leadership in a customer-focused environment.
* Experience managing costs and budgets.
* Good computer skills, including using management systems, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
* High-level experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), with knowledge of Oracle preferred.
