What you'll bring to the team:
* Prior experience in a senior administration or office management role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment such as logistics or industrial operations.
* A knack for leading small teams and a passion for continuous improvement.
* Strong project coordination skills, even without a formal qualification.
* Excellent communication and a talent for building collaborative relationships.
* Experience with administrative software such as Definitiv Xero Litmos or MEX.
* A positive, proactive attitude. You're a natural problem‑solver who takes initiative and ensures tasks and projects get done.
