HR/Recruitment Officer required for residential or 5:2 FIFO opportunity
An HR/Recruitment Officer is needed for a mining opportunity that will be offered either as a residential opportunity or 5:2 FIFO for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The HR/Recruitment Officer, who reports to the HR Superintendent, will be instrumental in supporting business units across all Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Onboarding and inductions
- Raising offer letters and contracts
- Managing the HR inbox
- Dealing with basic HR queries
- Maintaining the HRIS system
- Supporting HR reporting and data analytics

You will be an experienced HR Officer with recent experience of end to end recruitment and the ability to work within a small inclusive team who are focused on delivering a high level of service.
