As they continue to grow, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team and take ownership of key projects in Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with project managers to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Enforce compliance with WHS regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients and stakeholders as required.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in subdivisions, earthworks or road construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of construction plans and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- White Card and current driver's licence essential.
- Relevant qualifications in civil construction or supervision will be highly regarded.
