Labourpower Recruitment Services have an exciting opportunity with our National Client. Our client is internationally recognised as the world's leader in floral innovation, research and development. They are based in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs and are the sole provider of floral arrangements and bouquets to Australia's largest supermarkets, and have multiple positions available for an ongoing basis.
**The Role**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- You will be required to bunch flowers into arrangements / bouquets to design specifications (Training Provided)
- Adding adornments to the arrangements such as balloons and wrapping
- Trim stems and tie bows
- Wiring flowers
- Maintain a high level of quality, including labelling correctly
- General housekeeping
- Good written and verbal communication and able to work off design specifications
- Experience as a packer or experience working in a fast paced physical environment
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
