What You'll Do
You'll be part of our supportive, collaborative service and support team in our contact centre, focused on delivering excellent outcomes for our clients. No two days are the same, and you will:
* Act as the primary point of contact for a inbound calls & communication from internal and external stakeholders including clients, families, care teams and service providers, ensuring all enquiries are managed with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide practical solutions, support and insights that improve satisfaction and outcomes
* Use your problem-solving and organisational skills to coordinate services and ensure a great experience
* Confidently use Microsoft Office and our care management systems to keep things running smoothly
* Process service requests, update records and maintain accurate documentation relating to care recipients and service operations.
We're Looking For People Who Are
* Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
* Empathetic, approachable, and great at building trust
* Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
* Skilled at prioritising tasks and finding solutions under pressure
* Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and making a difference every day
* Knowledge of the Support at Home Program is highly desirable but not essential
