About the role selectability is looking for two passionate and motivated acting senior youth worker for the following dates: 23 February 2026 - 08 March 2026 20 February 2026 - 15 March 2026 Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people who have a variety of needs. As a senior youth worker, you will coach and mentor a team of youth workers in meeting a child or young person’s needs whilst promoting cultural safe and competent practice within the program. You will work in partnership with children, young people, family, and stakeholders in building and delivering cultural strength plans. You will bring a genuine passion and commitment to make a difference in the life of children and young people.
