We're looking for a strategic finance leader to join us in a senior enterprise-wide role that shapes the future of financial planning, performance, and decision support across the Group.
As a key advisor to the Group CFO, you'll lead a high-performing global team and drive alignment between financial outcomes and strategic priorities. This is a rare opportunity to influence at the highest levels, delivering insights that matter to the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, you'll:
* Lead the Group's integrated planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across business units and corporate functions
* Provide strategic financial advice and commercial decision support to the CFO and Executive Team, including pricing, scenario modelling and investment analysis
* Champion enterprise-wide performance management through scorecards, dashboards and monthly reviews with senior leaders
* Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting systems (e.g. TM1, Power BI, ERP) to enable real-time insights and automation
* Represent finance across the organisation and externally, partnering with senior stakeholders, regulators and auditors
* Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across APAC, EMEA and India, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
* Embed financial discipline and uplift financial acumen across the enterprise through coaching, tools and training
We're looking for someone with:
* 12+ years' experience in senior finance roles within complex, multi-regional organisations
* Professional qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and proven leadership experience
* Expertise in enterprise-level planning, analysis and performance frameworks
* A strong track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and Boards through strategic insights
* Exceptional people leadership skills and a global mindset to lead across cultures and time zones
