FSH is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including rehabilitation, cancer care, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, mental health, and specialised services.SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services across a catchment area of more than 3300 square kilometres in the southern half of Perth.
Our vision is Excellent health care, every time.ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Unit Manager leads and manages Nursing/Midwifery to deliver evidence-based care and achieve optimal patient outcomes within allocated resources.
Responsibilities include improving and maintaining standards, developing solutions, and delivering outcomes aligned with service and organisational priorities.
As a key leader in the interdisciplinary team, the role ensures delivery of patient-centred care against key performance indicators: quality, budget, and human resources.
