Operations Support Trainee Role

The incumbent will assist senior team members with day-to-day tasks, leveraging their expertise to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries from diverse stakeholders.
* Develop proficiency in TMHA ERP system functionalities, including processing jobs, invoicing, and allocating parts.
* Support inventory management by interpreting, allocating, and providing parts to technicians as required.
* Contribute to warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring seamless task execution.
* Administer purchasing and returns of inventory items.
* Assist with invoicing procedures.
