Functions Coordinator

THE POSITION
* Plan, supervise, and monitor functions and events
* Maintain effective customer and client relationships
* Mentor and support your team, and provide training for new staff as required
* Maintain focus on Food and People safety
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, as required by event schedules
* Hands on position with a focus on function coordination
THE PERSON
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in function coordination or a similar role
* Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
* Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills& proficient computer and administrative skills
* Must have RSA, RMLV is an advantage
* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
