The role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of administrative functions. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient office systems, managing documentation, and supporting internal teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Support HR or finance functions as needed (e.g., onboarding, invoicing)
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Transport Industry
- Flexible schedule
