We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
* Coordinate customer orders from quote to delivery and final acceptance.
* Prepare accurate quotations and manage invoicing and build cost tracking.
* Drive post-build reviews and improve standard job performance.
* Lead tender specification reviews and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Provide equipment build status updates to Account Managers and customers.
* Liaise with suppliers, shipping partners, and customs agents.
* Maintain data integrity in sales systems and documentation.
* Support complex new equipment deliveries, including site travel as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales coordination, order management, or project support.
* Attention to detail and confidence working with budgets, quotes, and delivery schedules.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Comfortable collaborating across departments and resolving roadblocks.
* Confident communicator with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system.
* Caterpillar equipment knowledge, BHP/BMA sites, or mechanical/technical background is desirable.
