This is an entry-level role supporting two experienced Account Managers in a busy IT recruitment team. You'll be on the phones, speaking to candidates, qualifying them
,
and helping us find the best people for great tech roles.

teach is drive, resilience, and the ability to hear "no" without losing momentum.
We have seen people who came from call centre's, real estate agencies, charity kiosks and even chicken farming build successful careers in recruitment

What You'll Be Doing
* Calling candidates for initial screening conversations
* Asking smart questions and really listening to the answers
* Assessing technical experience, motivations, and cultural fit
* Supporting resourcing for live IT roles
* Building strong candidate pipelines
* Working closely with two Account Managers to keep processes moving fast
