About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, innovative, and motivated Solution Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by expanding Konica Minolta's market presence. You'll play a key role in helping customers visualise the value of our technology and demonstrating how our solutions transform the way they work.
You will excel at business development, engaging line‑of‑business decision makers, and creating tailored, value‑driven solution demonstrations.
Requirements
Key Requirements/ Ideal Candidate
To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
* Proactively grow software and solutions revenue across existing customers and new prospects.
* Understand and analyse customer needs to deliver tailored solution demonstrations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects.
* Identify and pursue opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, technology advancements, and industry best practice.
Essential requirements for this role:
* Extensive experience in business and software sales environments.
* Solid knowledge of Cloud and SaaS sales cycles.
* Strong understanding of document and content management, workflow automation, capture, archival, and retrieval.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability in value‑based selling, negotiation, and relationship building.
* A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
* A positive, "can‑do" attitude.
As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks, hold valid working rights for Australia and a valid driving licence.
