Overview We're looking for a data-driven leader to join our Sales Intelligence team as Head of Growth Enablement .
In this pivotal role, you'll shape how Serco competes and grows across key markets by integrating intelligence, analytics, and capture support.
You'll work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Executive Leadership, using insights to drive smarter decisions and improve our win rate across Defence, Justice, Health, and Infrastructure portfolios.
