Now, we're looking for a seasoned Managing Consultant, Human Resources (HR) to join our team and work directly alongside Kenny Ko, one of the country's most respected HR recruitment leaders.
As part of our HR practice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of clients and candidates across the Sydney market. You'll bring curiosity, authenticity and courage to every interaction: unlocking potential, creating meaningful impact and strengthening TOM's reputation for excellence.
What you'll do
* Lead and grow a portfolio of HR clients across Sydney, delivering insight‐driven recruitment solutions.
* Partner closely with Kenny Ko on senior HR mandates, market insights and relationship development.
* Build deep, trusted connections with candidates—guiding, supporting and championing their career journeys.
* Play an active role in elevating TOM's brand in the HR community through thought leadership, events and market engagement.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in the local HR recruitment market (preferably more), with a strong network and reputation.
* A relationship‐first approach grounded in care, authenticity and commercial thinking.
* A passion for unlocking potential - within clients, candidates and the TOM community.
* Drive, agility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
