About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Property and Asset Management team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial assets within a dedicated team that oversees all aspects of building operations and day‐to‐day management.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver business plan objectives including maximizing income, arrears control, and compliance management
* Manage annual budgets and capital expenditure programs for designated properties
* Prepare accurate management and financial reports for clients
* Oversee lease documentation, rent reviews (fixed, CPI, and market), and minor retail vacancy leasing
* Maintain tenancy schedules, insurance registers, and bank guarantee registers
* Conduct weekly property inspections and prepare maintenance action plans
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
* Prepare annual business plans, income and expenditure budgets, and capex budgets
* Manage monthly re‐forecasting and variance reporting
* Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and repair
* Actively participate in risk management programs
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and billing efficiently
* Provide after‐hours support as part of a comprehensive call hierarchy
About You
* Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial property
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Methodical approach with excellent prioritization skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of trust accounting policies and procedures (desirable)
* Experience with MRI property management database system (desirable)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
