Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Support Coordinator located in Morphett Vale, SA with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Experience working with individuals with complex support needs is highly advantageous
* Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred
