- Our HQ on Elizabeth Street, a wholesale/retail bakery, onsite eatery + coffee bar.
- Our Bakery on George Street, the home of all things bread.
- The Bakeshop for donuts, cakes, cookies and pies.
- A small-batch butter factory by Tasmanian Butter Co.

At Bread + Butter Group, our approach to coffee embodies our commitment to exceptional quality, tradition, and community. We collaborate with Single O to feature their flagship Reservoir blend as our house coffee. This blend, originating from Kenya and Colombia, is known for it's ripe stone fruit flavours, vibrant acidity and structured finish. We also source novel and interesting coffees weekly, ensuring each one is dialled in perfectly to highlight its unique characteristics and provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
We are very excited to offer this opportunity to jump on board and help grow our expanding team + business. We are searching for experienced baristas to join our team, on a part-time or full-time basis. By joining Bread + Butter Group, you'll be part of a team that values quality, tradition, community, and the well-being of its staff.
Your role:
- Making coffees up to a high standard whilst keeping cool under the pump.
- Working collaboratively with our team to enhance our service experience and how we provide it.
- Build lasting relationships and engage with our customers, in a polite and welcoming manner.
- Delivering coffee to tables and customers.
- Opening and closing of the coffee bar.

- Demonstrate experience and resilience, to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.

- Show the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
